Blunt takes some questions

In addition to pardoning a pair of turkeys, Gov. Matt Blunt took some questions on a multitude of topics.
Blunt talked about appointing members to a commission on salaries, whether he’ll pardon anybody in his last days in office and whether he’ll call the legislature back for a special session.

Good interview – Blunt understands financial issues, and hopefully Nixon keeps up this kind of budget-conscious leadership when he takes over. Would hate to see MO fall into the red-budget woes facing NY, IL, and a host of other states.
